About Me.
Dr. John Itakpe is an inspiration and a beacon of motivation and a driving force behind personal and professional transformation. With a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential.
Dr. John’s pursuit of knowledge earned him a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Doctor of Public Health from Morgan State University.
Dr. John is a remarkable and sought-after speaker and minister and he is fondly called PJ by his devoted congregation at Mercy Court. He passionately teaches God's word and envisions a world where people embody Christ's character and use their gifts for positive change.
He also excels in research where he works for a highly prestigious pharmaceutical company in Bethesda, Maryland. Prior to his research career, he spent over a decade in dentistry, demonstrating his commitment to serve.
In his personal life, he finds joy and inspiration in his union with his wife, Rosemary, and they have three wonderful daughters. They reside in Ellicott City, Maryland, living a life centered on faith and purpose.
